Fitted them yesterday:) Last night my car picked up its first hate scratch, someone scratched it above the rear driver side wheel arch ; going to have to set up webcams to film it at night time:confused:

Anyway i love the 18inch wheels, i got them for the price of 17inch because they kept me waiting for over two weeks:cartman:

I wanted wheels that would leave the cupra looking spanish and not german or japanese> the original wheels looked too much like my old accord type r wheels.

Next things on my list to do... change seat badges and seat floor mats for chrome superman logo and logo floor mats.
Lower the ride height slightly.
sparkplugs and leads upgrade.
Brakes, vented and pads.
Once this is completed i will RICA tune it for about £440.

Finaly when the current system is rusted away i intend to take seat down to cornwall and there is a place there that fabricates to order...exhaust systems. ...

then i may have to refresh the remap prehaps...

anyway this is my cupra , i hope you like.... as i said before , i wont go down the R clone route.... intend to theme it around superman instead. :ban:

wheels aren't my cup of tea...but would really like to see the Superman badges on there :D

all you'll need after that is a cape trailing off the rear spoiler

Hehe , perhaps i should have got a red or blue car.

I think the font style of the 'S''s , in seat and superman are similer so it might work out ok. The boot lock 'S's may prove too expensive to alter.

Big wheels, cool!

I bought an air freshner from Halfords that clips onto the vents that is a silver superman badge, lol.

must say i do like the alloys mate completely different to current trend of black alloys on everything looks good with the yellow paint chris

old wheel in car!

The good news is the centre covers are alloy like rest of the wheel. The bad news is they wernt threaded long enough so they sit ever so slightly off the line of the spokes.... So no photo shop hehe

something i have failed to capture is the 'cd' effect they produce.... lots of colour in the wheel reflection, purple and greens

Keep comments coming please its nice to see a forum that gives plus and negative feedback without the sycophants.

They kind of look like they belong on an Escalade or similar but you know what, they're individual so hat off to you!

I think you could do something cool and Euro with your car, I don't think those wheels would make it look out of place at all on that scene :).

Escalade :) Like a mini boss hog , just need to get some cow horns.

I want to get seat , silver wing mirrors next.

has anyone removed their rear spoiler yet? I dont like mine, the colours not a good match after fading.

There's an A3 near my girlfriends that has very similar alloys to yours, am not a fan of them on that but they don't look too shabby on your's, especially on the 1st photo!
