Im looking at replacing the speakers and installing a sub in my Cupra. Has anyone got any suggestions on what to go for? And does anyone know what backing plates you will need for the door speakers?

The EQ on the head unit isn't flat.

I've just booked in for a bespoke system. You'll need to run a decent preamp processor. I've gone for Audison bitone. Gladen speakers and sub. Amp to be specced

So as you turn the volume up. The EQ changes. It adapts to give you a feeling of stronger bass rather than actually producing base.

No as R's adjusted everytime you change the volume.

You'd need to find the flattest spot and run that through an amplifier. Which then controls the volume.
