Cupra 300 knocking

my cupra 300 is 2 two years old and I have noticed that when the wheel is on or near full lock ie pulling out of parking spaces after a few seconds when pulling out there is a single bang coming from the passenger side front wheel, it appears to be when there is an amount of pressure placed on the turning wheel. Any ideas ?

I get a similar thing sometimes, I’m sure it’s the hand brake not letting off quick enough and then it almost snaps back
