Steering wheel clonk

Hi everyone I pulled into a car park space today on full lock I then needed opposite lock to get out and there was clunking through the steering wheel. Does anyone know what this could be? Many thanks

This is very similar to what I had. Had some vibrations in the wheel when driving around 70mph too, was a steering rack failure, currently waiting for repair

Thank you for the reply I hope yours gets repaired soon. Mine was found to be the top mounts which have been replaced and all is well
