Just wondering if Cupra cars can be serviced at Seat dealers as there are few Cupra Garages within reasonable distance in Central Scotland.. Currently using a Skoda dealer (taking up Seat servicing) in Stirling as remaining Seat specialist dealerships closed.

I would hope that non Cupra dealer master techs would be capable of looking after a Cupra, they can’t be using unknown technology, possibly the dealer might not have any Cupra specific tools or computer links.

I can't see how there's any difference between the Cupra and a SEAT, it's the same car with a different badge. The previous SEAT badged Cupra models could be serviced at any SEAT dealer. Nothing has changed. I can't imagine the Cupra badged cars have any different tools required to the SEAT versions. The EA888 engine has been used for many years.

When I had issues with my top down camera my local dealer had to borrow the kit from an Audi dealer to recalibrate it.

All SEAT dealers can service CUPRA cars just that there are only certain dealers at the moment that have dedicated CUPRA sales teams etc.

Diagnostic tools for CUPRA is same as any other VW group car.
Apologies if this isn't the correct thread but could I buy / lease a Cupra through a 'normal' Seat dealer?
