Cupra app additional user.

My wife & I share the use of our 8 month old Terramar. I am the primary user on my Apple iphone & my wife is an additional user on her iphone. I have been enjoying the ability to turn on the AC 10mins before using the car but my wife is unable to use her my cupra app to do the same. I have tried everything to activate this function on her phone & app, to no avail. I even tried signing in as primary user on both phones but the app wont let me. Am I missing something, please let me know if I am. Thanks
