I have been having this problem for two days. I definitely have active subscripton. Have tried deleting the app and tried logging in and out. I just can't get it to connect.
I use the app all the time - anyone else had this and managed to fix :-(
Edit: Doh, just re-read you have tried re-installing it. Bit of an odd one. They may be having issues server end? my app seems ok at the moment though.
Thanks - yeah even since i wrote this tried installing an android device (i use IOS) same problem..
I have emailed them and they responded with standard list of questions.. which I have answered too.. it is very weird.. But car is defo connected to outside world so not that..

Just heard from Cupra as I am having problems with the APP - see other thread.. That Octopus is a Third Party App and they don't support third party apps
