No, just heated seats.
Infact I got a few hundred off my car as when I ordered my car in November the current brochure said it would come with a winter pack, however it was changed to heated seats only for the MY2015 cars and mine rocked up without the full pack.

Probably a good thing if you're missing the headlamp washers. I got through gallons of screenwash this winter, I even started turning the headlights off before pulling the stalk!

Just went out to check what I though was headlight washers and it is just a cover for the towing eye location by the looks of it.
