Cupra connect issues

Hello everyone.

I have just received Vin of my car, it is currently in production. When Im trying to add the vehicle to Cupra connect I receive the message: "Your vehicle is not compatible with Cupra connect as it has only the Emergency Call service".

Has anyone had the similar problem?

I only registered for Connect before I picked up the car, even though Seat had sent me the VIN in an email. I added the VIN when at the dealership collecting then setup both keys with salesman also instructing...all good.
