Cupra Leon 1.4 hybrid coolant fault

Hi everyone, I've had an issue with my Cupra Leon 1.4 Hybrid 245 regarding the loss of coolant from the high- voltage battery. I took the car to an authorized service center where they diagnosed a problem with the heat exchanger, which was then replaced (€910). A week after picking up the car, today again I got the error message on the display: "Check coolant level".

The first time this happened, the coolant returned on its own after 2-3 hours, but this time I don't see that happening. There are no visible signs of leakage. Could it be that the service replaced a part that wasn't faulty, and has anyone had similar experiences or advice? I'm writing this while waiting for the service center's response (apparently they are supposed to fix this free of charge and take care of the towing service)..

There could have been residual air in the cooling system for the HV side, but if they bled it correctly and road tested the vehicle then it should have been removed.

Does your air conditioning work?
