Cupra Leon hack to permanently disable assist technology/sensors

Is there a hack or something to permanently turn off lane assist, front bump detector, speed limit warning, parking sensors, alertness sensor and any other needless technology in this otherwise enjoyable car?

It is spoiling the car to the point I want to sell it and buy an older car without the technology.
