Dear All,

My 2003 Cupra R which has only done 27K is due for its 5th year service and mot soon. As I still have the Seat Warrenty, I have to go to Seat any ideas on the Price?

Furthermore do you think I should get the cambelt and water pump changed? If I use a metal improller for the water pump, do you think that thw warrenty will be void?

I was also one of the ones that brought those Galfer pads that left lots of grooves on my disc, obviously I still have those pads and the orginal discs. Will the mot fail because of the number of grooves?

Regards,

Koi.

Yes - if you get the cam belt done, get the water pump done. I just paid around £300 at Skoda in Sheffield for both doing. Seems odd to do them at 27k, but given the age I probably would.
