As long as the underpinnings match a Leon, then i cant see their being a problem fitting a Leon Cupra R front bumper to a toledo, as it bolts on in pretty much the same way across the range.

You need to speak to a SEAT dealer to source the parts, the parts you need for the front bumper are as follows, ask them to use these part no's:

Front Bumper Parts SEAT Part No.
Front bumper 1ML807221GRU
Radiator Grille 1ML853653A79Y
Cover 1M6853915B41
Bumper Spoiler 1ML805903
Ball Pin x 2 1ML807762
Radiator Grille Lower 1ML85366879Y
N/S Lower Grille 1ML85366579Y
O/S Lower Grille 1ML85366679Y
N/S Wheel Arch Cover 1ML807479
O/S Wheel Arch Cover 1ML807480
Centre Grille "S" Badge 1ML85365179Y

Spin on the forum has already "planted" a Cupra R front bumper on his car. Looks awesome and if I can find the money (or a smashed up Cupra R in a few months time!!!) then I'm looking at doing it.

Maybe drop him a mail. I remember him mentioning that he can do a bumper change in under an hour now. (There is a bumper removal guide on the main website btw)

here's a link to piccys of his car...

Damn.. I had the same idea. I also want to equip a Toledo with a Cupra R bumper.
But I don't know whether this is so easy. I heard from a guy in Austria who transformed his Cupra TDI into a Cupra TDI/R ;) That guy actually had some problems with fitting the bumper onto the Leon.

Hey Mel!
Looks like you also installed the Original Cupra side skirts. How do these fit? Any problems there?

But what did you do with the rear part of the car? Just "painted" the black parts in car colour? Looks like that at least...

Looks great... I must do this... no matter what it costs ;)

Yep Cypher,

Got the side skirts as well, have it done by my local SEAT dealer.

The side skirts are held in place by clips and a couple of screws at each end in the wheel well housing.

As for the rear, I have it painted but keep it stock for now..... just trying to figure out how to do the finishing touch... :D

I'm also considering to just paint the rear part of the car. But this seems more like a half car modification to me. I looked for some parts for the rear of the car, but haven't found something appropriate. Autotest (from Italy) has some nice stuff, but I'm not so sure about how that fit's into the car's complete look...

>Here< is the link...
What do you think? Does that fit with the Cupra (R) bumper and the side skirts?

We have a couple of Toledos with quite a few different body kits.

The most popular is from JE-Design, followed by Autotest and MS Design. So far, I'm the only one using the Cupra-4 kit.

I've seen the Autotest kit, but it does not fit well into the "Cupra" look. Here's a pic for one of the guys with Autotest kit.

I was searching around for the best match to complement the rear but to no avail.

Thought of removing the rear bumper strips and fill it up to give a "smooth" look. .... just that it may crack over time.

What do you think? any suggestions ?

Hi Mel!!!

Your Toledo looks great..But you missed something, the wheels..

For completing this cupra look, I offer you Zender's Monza wheels as they are the original Toledo Cupra wheels...

Look at the site:

http://www.zender.de

At wheels section click Monza..I surfed the net, found that site and wheels, asked them if they are the original Cupra wheels. Then they answered yes...
