Cupra-R paranoia

Hi peeps, Just picked up my CupraR about a month ago and got a few quezzies relating to it, basically i'm still paranoid that its making noises it shouldn't so wonder if you could rest my mind!!!

Should it idle around 700rpm (seems rather low compared to my last car), when bringing up the diag it is about 65 - 70 on the display.

When i first start the engine if i tap the accellerator sharply (but not putting on to much gas) it seems to stutter abit, im wondering if this is just the fact that it is cold as it stops after about 30secs to a minute?

Squeaky brakes... (from a search it seems like this is the norm )

Air con (climate cotnrol) smells abit when the engine is first switched on.

When reversing it sometime sounds very odd (hard to explain really almost like a low metally drone from the wheels for a few secs)

Does anything sound like i should nip to the garage and get it checked out?

I wanna make sure all is normal before i get the Revo

idle sounds fine, squeaky brakes sounds fine, aircon, why have it on so early? dont turn it on until the engine has warmed up. reversing noise sounds like your brake pads rubbing as they are used to going the other way against the disc.
get revo, all im saying.

If the air con is a bit whiffy when you start it up, it could be bacteria breeding in there.

You can get air-con treatments (a bit like those Bug Bombs you can get) which you open in the car, leave the air con going for a bit, and it kills off all those germs.

Smells great too........

only thing ive noticed my car do is sounds like something is blowing for the first 2 minutes of car being on
then disappears

i just ignore these things
but nothing uve mentionned sounds too terminal or out of the norm

the blowing is the secondary air pump.

all sounds normal to me.aircon on a hot day stinks when you 1st turn it on.iv'e tried bacteria cleaners and it's still the same is fine after about 2 minutes

th air-con smell is from wen u haveh ad th air-con on from th last time u drove th car and its has left moisture in th vents just before u turn th car off next time blast the heaters on without th aircon on should clear that smell up
