I broke a part of my rear bumper and i need help

Hello guys, recently i didn’t park correctly and accidentally hit my bumper while parking backwards.
After i tried to get unstuck and i heard a pop from the back bumper.
The tow hook cover came off but also a plastic piece with it. I cant find any info on what it is and how i should fix it. Any help is appreciated. The cover seems okay.
