Thanks for the input guys...
Danny the leak is on drivers side (pollen filter passenger side) Its only a dribble and it comes down the plastic right foot rest in the footwell, thats where i noticed it! May just try and get the 'side bits' then to see if that stops the leak!
Andy, im going to try a few breakers today so fingers crossed!

Wet driver's footwell could also be a leak from the air con drain which I have found when I did a quick search on 'wet footwell'

I have got the same problem and I don't think it's from the driver's door
