Hi Guys
gonna do a full service on the tdi cupra - oil, filters including fuel, transmission fluid, brake fluid. also bearings are starting to whine on NSF so unsure if to do both sides, hopefully doing an EGR removal and clean, may go new MAF or try cleaning it.
Car is on 170k now still pulls strong (motorway commute) is there anything I should be looking at doing? possibly renewing boost pipes as showing a bit of wear and oil seepage mainly from egr down to the usual problem area of intercooler in and out sections, if so do i have to buy complete pipes new or is there any new seals and clips i can buy as pipes look ok so presuming its just the joints.
Belts are due again in about 10k so want to get all of the above out of the way before hand.

still getting eml light since last n75/n18 swap but nothing really affecting the car, noticed its getting smokier out the back the last couple of months but hoping full service and egr clean sorts that, but as the eml comes back after a few miles of clearing wondering if N75 or n18 could be defunked.

does anyone have vagcom liverpool merseyside area want to do a reading for me as i only have a fault code reader?

I have registered on vagcat.com for part numbers and looking at boost pipes but unsure if im in the right place

so what I am needing seal and clip wise is the same as your order?

Seals
#8 3C0145117H 61.90mm £3.40

#12 3C0145117 43.95mm £3.40
#12 3C0145117 43.95mm £3.40

Pipe fixings
#15 is 90p
#16 is £2.40
#23 is 35p

Thanks

That only covers the pipework up to the FMIC, I'm replacing the pancake pipe so the pipework is being disturbed anyway, and it seemed a good opportunity to replace the seals. The spring clips are also available, as you see, but I'm not sure how much they wear out. Check to make sure the wedges on the inside bits of each joint are in good condition too, not worn or fractured - one of mine on the pancake pipe had been fractured by a previous owner running over something. Being 15mm lower on the Sport suspension makes you more vulnerable.

You'd best get David at Sere to quote you as prices may have changed since I ordered mine.
