Cupra top mounts

I have checked the part numbers at work and the Cupar and fr top mounts and different. Does anyone know why?
And is it worth the upgrade seen as my ones have had it?

Front top mounts?
6q0 412 331 B in the latest and are diesel spec too fitted to both FR and Cupra
This is for my 08 facelift FR
Cupra uses shorter front bumpstop 6LL 412 301 as its lower
Rear suspension is the same on both cars apart from spring/damper rate.
