I'm looking to sell my mk4 pd130 sport now I've a company car but still want something with a bit of go when I fancy a blast and to start doing track days with
Looking to get about 2-2.5 for the mk4 and mods stripped. So would ideally have that as my initial/ basic budget
I've seen these mk3 cupras making something like 260BHP which in a 1.1t car should be plenty
So I've a few general questions
What is everyone's thoughts?
Can the chassis actually handle that power?
Does the cupra provide plenty of fun in the bends aswell as the straights? Especially against some of the more cliche choices ie Clio sport.
What is the modding route for these and associated costs? Labour I'll mainly be carrying out myself
