So I can't decide on going for a stage 2 custom map or a custom stage 1.
Originally a custom stage 1 seemed a good idea and 260 to 270 horses sounded good.
Having looked further into it, it seems I have modded wisely and am almost in a position to go stage 2.
The only thing missing is a FMIC which seems like a small price to pay for the extra horsys.
I don't want to spunk loads more money on forged rods and all the other stuff needed to ramp up the torque to over 300lbs.
So the question is, will my car handle stage.2 happily with little or no problems, or do they become highly strung, and fall apart like a crack *****?
Recently done,
Brakes are all new, induction and TIP, a custom down pipe and exhaust and a split R dump valve along with a short shift.
Anyone's experiences or thoughts would be gratefully received.
Cheers.

Stage 1 the stock clutch in good nick should be ok from the spec of it.
Stage two, no not going to last long...but all depends on the driver and putting you're foot down in the low rev range putting load on the engine. Doing so will work it harder and reduce life span.

Solution?
I hear bad things about competition style clutches on road cars?
What would the options be?
