hi guys,
just installed a new blue silicone TIP on my AUQ, and now im getting turbo fluttering through the ramair filter, before the instal i had the nice shhhhh when letting off throttle but now its a very pronounced flutter, ive checked everything 3 times for leaks or loose clamps but everything is tight and no leaks in the hoses, i even serviced my forge 007p with new grease and orings but still getting this flutter, its an m2 motorsport hose and fits well, the only thing i noticed was the dv and pancake were the opposite way round to the standard tip but they fit fine in that orientation and i cant imagine that would cause this flutter.
im stage 2, n249 deleted physically and from the map, the n75 is a fairly new genuine part, and like i said i cannot find any leaks and the clamps are done up tight on everything, its only started since this new tip instal, could it be normal sound now that its a wider tip and smoother airflow? or is there something wrong, i seem to be getting the same 21psi on boost.
any ideas?
