Cylinder Head and Block matchings

Today i went to garage and inspesct AJQ cylinder head..it is non VVT
I also asked would it be possible to use VVT head and a mechanic confirmed it would be possible and said that VVT tensioner and tensioner mount needs to be replaced with non VVT.

I also need a new cylinder head in my beeza 1.8t (aqx) just wanted to know which cylinder head or engine would fit without any bother , thanks
