Well since ive had the car running again recently, ive had a bit of white smoke coming from the exhaust on idle, this says to me valve stem seals. My plan over the next while was to spend any spare money on uprated valves etc but i dont have the money available right now. I have a spare AGU large port head which i can rebuild with the original valves, springs etc, but would replace valve stem seals, would it be worth getting supertechs 'uprated' stem seals for standard valves? As ive noticed original seals are around the same price?

The plan now is to rebuild my large port head and fit it to the car in a weekend then find another large port head to rebuild as per original plan and fit a while down the line

Haha may e im just looking into things too much. Just seemed a bit much smoke to be normal? Ill double check it when i go out there on fri but i was too excited to get to drive it last time to pay too much attention haha.
Hopefully im ok and dont have to strip it, but ill take a vid on fri to show what i mean haha

Ill be out there friday mate. After i drove it the other day i just let it cool down and switched it off so never realised if there was smoke after a drive

Well as you guys suggested there is no smoke now, smoked white smoke until it heated up then completely cleared so all seems good :)

Well that seems ok, but now have a small fear that my turbo hot side is cracked.
Took it out a run today again, and smoke coming from under the bonnet, immediately stopped, opened the bonnet and theres smoke coming from where the hotside and coldside joins and some slight oil there too. So next thing is to check oil feed incase its slack or take turbo off and split it
