Dash clocks problem

Bought some Cupra R dials and swapped the printed bit (speedo/revs) on.
Didn't disconnect the battery.

Now i have the miles and clock on even after removing the ignition key totally.

Scanned with vag com no problems did the instrument test and it turned off the digits i am seeing.

Did an ECU reset too, and they are still on!

Any pointers?


I do have the other binnacle, but I'm not sure if it is immob 3 or immob 2 like mine is.
I have the SKC code for mine, but that is the dash, isn't it?
If i connect the other binnacle out of the R i should be able to read that SKC too, but don't really want any conflict to happen

Do you just prize the needles and clock faces off gently and re stick them?

Yeah use two spoons and prise them off, and the actual dial bit is only held on by the middle bit behind the two big needles.

Easy.

i've already got these in mine, previous owner must have done it unless they came in some cars, mines a 53 plate leon.

Looks good mate, you might just have to adjust that rev counter needle a wee tad though

Nah they are bang on mate and match the liquid gauge too, just the camera angle.
If you look at each dial face on they are fine
