Have you tried adjusting your steering wheel slightly higher or lower that may cure it? Mine buzzes slightly at one particular height and just moving it up a few mm it goes away.
It didn't work with the steering wheel. And with the cards, it's not 100% either.

The car is three years old and this is happening. I'm afraid to imagine what will happen next. (I'm trying to sell it, but no one is buying it.)
