Tbh, I'm not a fan of these type of DRL's, have any of you guys looked at the new Fabia vRS DRL's?
Not too sure whether they'll fit?

Have to agree with danny,
That said myself id want the DRLs in the headlamp itself.

Had the idea of fitting LED sidelight bulbs and wiring so the sidelights are always on when the engine/ignition is on.

Yeah, you could do that Octane, but the idea of DRL's is that they're brighter then sidelights but not as bright as dipped beam. The Ibiza's with Bi-Xenons come with DRL's anyway, but I still like the look of vRS ones :)

You should do it :) got mine off ebay and still going strong! Trouble is, our DRL's don't stay on at the same time as the dipped beam or sidelights :( Would love to wire it so it does tbh :)

I know what you mean. I am gonna get all the bulbs I need in one go as I wanna change the fog ones too. I think Dave did his and it looks well smart in white too hehehehhe

If i knew how to wire mine so they are always on, without the rear lights on id do it, i think the sidelights in the mk5 look smart and would look even better with white LEDs
