You'll not get any more than 10% discount from a dealer, not unless your super lucky. Carwow gets the best dealer discounts and AFAIK they max at 10%. Broker4cars get more discount, but you don't get the dealer touch.

I'd defo ask and show them a copy of the quote. Depends what time of the month and whether they need a car to make a quota and get the discount from SEAT

I got 13% off through my local dealer this weekend without too much trouble. Simply told him the DTD price and he got within £200 of it which was good enough for me. However another local dealer would not discount it at all. The best quotes I got through Carwow were still £300 more than where the local dealer got to.

when I was looking Westgate Seat of \grimsby were very keen.
I ended up with Letchworth Autoway who were just as keen and 8 miles from me.
which Grimsby isn't.....AndrewJB got a good enough deal to drive from Milton keynes to Jennings, and he does rate them highly.
as I do letchworth.

When I purchased my Leon I went on all the car broker sites to see who the cheapest was with the spec I wanted. DTD were and went to the seat dealer with a print out and said what can you do. They matched it so I brought the car from them as they were local.

Most dealers have a quarterly quota to meet which usually gives them a kick back from the manufacturers could be better near end of the quarter before new reg is due. I went in between 14 and 64 reg.

Hi I did the same through carwow got some excellent quotes for stock cars and factory order ones best quote for factory order was 100 miles away so showed it to local dealer who had the test drives with and he came within £300 so give him the order
