HI FOLKS

i picked up my leon cupra 07 end of march ,and was valeting it the week after ,only to my amazement found a paint bubble / flaw on the drivers front wing @ the bottom by the door.so was straight in to dealer,i then had to wait several weeks till seat got a paint inspector out,he authorised the repair under warranty, and to my discust when ipicked the car up i thought that match aint too clever ,but thought would get better once paint had a period of curing ???

but not so !!! ive since been back to (coupers of st albans) on three occasions now to express my anger and frustrations, only to be told on the final visit last week were doing no more on the car take it up with seat.

TO SAY THE LEAST IM BL***Y FURIOUS THAT THEY WERE SO RUDE AND SO DISMISSIVE OF A CUSTOMER.

im now considering rejecting the car back to the dealer, after speaking to seat ,who tell me ive got to go back to the dealer firstly.......then what ???

CAN ANYONE SHED LIGHT ANY LIGHT ON THE SITUATION FOR ME AND HOW I STAND ???[:@]

Had some paint bubbles on my new 07 LEON 2, mine to were on the same side actually, was told that SEAT told the dealers that if it couldnt be seen 1metre away then any work done i would have to pay for, cheeky sods[:@].
Where to go from your situation is thinking about citizens advice bureau or trading standards.

My dealer is down the south area, as i am waiting for some bits to be done still i dont actually want to name them just yet, but if the bits are not rectified that i am waiting for to be done correctly or damage is done putting them in, then i wont have any hesitaion to name them, I do beleive a lot of things customers are told after a purchase of the car is complete crap, with the odd exception here and there.

If you were to do your reviews on here. And find out bad they are in the first instance, then you wouldn't be in this mess.

go back to the dealer and be resonable with him point out your problems in a calm and appreciative way and say hat you ARE happy with the service they provide and wish to continue been a loyal costomer of theirs but would like this issue to be sorted out..

it's been called licky licky to get what YOU want
