Can anyone recommend a decent dealer or independent to take my LCR for it's first service?

Yep I can recommend J P Boards of bridgend. Top garage they used to be main dealer but now are called SEAT specialists. They know what they are doing highly recommended.

depends where your are really? someone in havorford west wont really wanna travel to newport

in my area theres westec performance in newport and Parkwall vag specialist near chepstow

im living in pembrokeshire also, gareth hughes is the local dealer and am wondering if there are any specialists about anywhere close to here?

What have you got against Gareth Hughes, apart from SEAT service pricing?
I've always found them much better than average.
It would involve more travelling for you but I can recommend Forge Garage near Aberaeron. They are VAG specialists with a long track record.
