Its easy to do. You cant go wrong. Once the bages are off. Use a little polish, then wax the area after.

Use a heat gun/hairdryer to gently warm the badge.... just to soften the glue up behind it and gently peel it off. You'll feel the badge give a bit once the glue has melted sufficiently. People have used all sorts of things to prise them off but beware of the screwdriver.... one slip and it won't matter about your badges looking rubbish... Dental floss is a favourite, or a spatula (plastic). Something firm and blunt.

The main thing is just take your time, and t-cut and polish the area afterwards. :)

All I used was hot soapy water, dental floss and elbow grease. No damage to paintwork and no gunk left at all. Took about 30 minutes to do the leon letters and side r's.

Off the back of this does anyone have any advice about putting badges on? Mine are looking a little worse for wear but I really like them so was looking at some new ones.

Hot water, dental floss, tar and glue remover and a bit of polish. It must have took all of 2 minutes and looks mint although I only removed the Leon 20VT on the right and kept the Seat Cupra on the left.

I started mine using hot soapy water, but found it was taking a little time. So went and got the hairdryer, all was done within 10 minutes then. Polished it up after.
