I recently replaced my charge pipe for a polished debaffled one because i felt like a change, but as i changed it i noticed the original one had a large dent in it, i dont see how it could have got dented in this place?

So its a good job i replaced it then, but i guess i cant sell the original like i planned to get some money back :(

Here is the new pipe

im just waiting on the brackets for it as the originals dont fit properly because the pipe has a bigger diameter than the original.

mine has this too. this it's where it sits over the top of something so it doesnt rattle.

Good i can clean it up and sell it then! :D
I bought it from empi 5 who had it made from scratch by "feel" so its not a modified original just a straight though pipe with no baffles and a slightly bigger diameter. i want to polish the inlet mani next and powercoat the rocker cover blue i think that would look good.

if they made it from sctrach then thats probably y it has no curve in it. if i recall last time i took mine off that there was a metal lip sticking out that it rested on, unless they removed that too.

DJ-LIAMC if you want to sell your old one let me know, I'm after another one after some joker refused to send one back to me.

Liam - If you're driving it without the "T" clamps on, make sure you go out with the right tools to re-fit it. There is a good chance it'll blow off the hoses.
