go on bristolstreet.co.uk and select the link for customer services and there's an option for complaints - report a concern
 
Ok, perhaps I'm being too harsh but when you ring for a part and they can't find it, say they'll call you back and they don't you can understand my frustration. That was 19th December. Tried to call them several times since then and parts don't answer nor return your call.
One call to the Nottingham dealer and the parts ordered and delivered to my door in four days.
Now where is that Cupra 280 order form?
