Not if you look at the gains it claimes to give you, same as a remap. So this tuning box for £300 which you can remove and install yourself or £450+ for a revo remap.

I dont know much about this but i have heard good reviews, i would like some more opinions on this though

still cant adjust boost and that is where the fun is , at the end of the day it just throws fuel in under load ,

not the proper way to do things

It says something about power settings mate, again im not clued up on this. I just took it that these things were 'different' to the normal tuning boxes out there as there is a lot of people on the astra-sport forum installed these and they do not have a bad word to say.

Im aware of that mate but the website does claim to provide similar power output to a remap. The reason im so interested in these is that they are cheaper than a remap, they are easily installed/removed, and obviously they claim to have the same power/torque as a remap.
This thread is helpful to get info on these and helps towards my desicion to go for a remap or this.

if you speak to power torque or bell autos on this site im sure they are cheaper than revo and have some great results from members on here , ones im sure will speak up soon

Hi all

Used to have a pug 306 hdi called performance torque had him remap the pug the best money i spent on that car, like he said a full remap is better for the engine as it takes everything into consideration not just chucking in a load more fuel.
Like i said my pug was wicked once i had played with it, wont be long before im ringing him again to see what he can do for my leon fr150. hehehe

Can you switch these other remaps off though as this would be the main thing i would be looking for.
