Discounted fuel

Have just registered on this site, www.pipelinecard.org. Seemingly for folk who are working in the oil business, I work offshore , to get discount off petrol or diesel . Log into site then just register your details, the more that register the quicker it gets set up I think. If this goes ahead then it can only be good for us drivers

I could easily get access to red diesel. Whats the chances of anyone actually stopping me and checking my car for it? What would the punishment be? Is it taken very seriously usng that stuff? As far as the morals go Im not even in the slightest bit bothered. Is it just a colouring they add to it? Is it just normal diesel otherwise?
