i've got some porsche 4pots which fit nicely under my baby cupra 17inch alloys. no spacers required!
guys just a quick one , have the chance to get some lcr brembo brakes (how much are these worth
or can get R32's which are a bit more

I've seen Brembo's go for upwards of £400, never had anything to do with R32 brakes though.
The Porsche ones are worth looking into aswell.

Andrew I'd go for the LCR 4-pots, as far as I know the R32 used 2-pots and they were nowhere near as good. I often hear R32 boys comparing our cars and they all wish they had our brakes.
Tom, yes that is true, in the U.K anyway. In the rest of Europe, they were and optional extra so don't be alarmed if you see an LCR on the continent withouth them. Brembo's were never and option on any other model.

R32s are single pot floating style; much like the design of our rear calipers. Personally I'd get the LCR brembos; 4 pot with 2 pairs of different size pots will give much better progressive braking than the R32 brakes.

It's not really required Tom, the brakes on a 180 are good for Stage 2 which is 230 - 240bhp. After this I would recommend an upgrade as Stage 3 (hybrid turbo or big turbo) will get you 280bhp upwards.

ah bugger missed the brembos on ebay , went for like £460 -480.00 full set , had done about 110k+
so not sure if they needed a refurb / rebuild tho
as for R32's i can get a set for about £500
so not sure what to do , as i dont wanna weight the car down with massive brakes , but at the same time want good brakes but not spend massive amounts
