Do i need to re-program my key fob after battery change!

Hi all, my 2014 Leon key fob has popped up saying i need to change my battery, instead of getting batteries straight away i thought id just use my second key for the time being, only a week of use and now the battery needs replacing on this one.. I know how to swap the batteries over, i just wanted to know do i need to re-program the keys afterwards? I have seen you can do this via putting the fresh key in the door with the programmed key in the ignition.

Thank you very much damo for the quick response! Ill get the fobs sorted tomorrow .. Im pretty sure the batteries are CR2032's do you by any chance know if they are the correct ones, before i prize them open at work tomorrow haha.. Cheers mate
