Keyless key fob stopped working.

Hi guys, I want to know if anyone else had the same problem I am facing. I have 2 keyless key fobs for my car. I used the one for a long time, and then I decided to use the second one, it worked for 1 week and then suddenly it didn't open the car anymore. I thought it was the battery dead, so I replaced it, but the red LED doesn't light up at all. I have tested the battery's voltage, and it is ok, I also changed the battery from the other fob key that works but still no luck. Is there anything I can do before I go to the dealership?

Make sure the pins in the fob are making full contact with the battery. You can bend them out slightly, it won't do them any harm.

Failing that, the key could be defective and you'll need a new one.

I have tried that with the pins too but no luck.
