Not to my knowledge and certainly nothing listed on SEAT's site to the contrary. They do offer 18" Orion wheels in Black.
If you want a particular colour you could get them refurbished to your taste, obviously its going to cost a little but you can usually get 4 wheels recoated for around £300.

Buy it with original wheels then either have them powder coated or buy an ftermarket set to your taste, keeping the old ones for when you come to sell the car.
