Quite a few Corsa VXR engines have let go in the short time they have been on the go. There is a tuned one going about here that pops and bangs, but as you say, it doesnt sound good. The Astra does sound better than the Corsa.

To be honest though, a well sorted Cupra with a full Milltek sounds awesome on boost. There is no need for popping and banging.

When you say a full Milltek sounds awesome exactly which one do you mean? and can you still hear the car cd player inside or is that noise mainly kep external as i have heard?

The noise is kept outside, they are quality systems. When he says "full", he means from the turbo back including a Milltek downpipe and sports cat as opposed to the "half" or "cat-back" system which joins to the standard SEAT downpipe and cat.

It'll give a better sound but won't feel any different when driving. All of the power is gained from changing the downpipe and the restrictive standard spec cat.
