Does anyone know what this part is called and if you can buy them?

Hello,
My seat won’t go backwards or forwards unless I wiggle and play with the mechanism I have just looked and noticed these have snapped on both sides I’ve been scouring the internet for ages but I don’t know what they are called so I wondered if anyone knows what it is called or if there is a way I can use something in place of these?

Have you looked very closely at both of them and any broken off bits to see if there is a part number on them - where exactly on your Ibiza seats are these bushes located?

They are on the mechanism which you lift the lever to make the seat go backwards and forwards the only number it has inscribed is 1

There seems to be a repair kit: 6j0898031 but after a google search, availability may be an issue.
