might have to have a wander round.....and if the pc is lying around too

yeah fitted it in about 30 mins just wacked it up the ramps and bolted the old one off

yeah have a pop round sometime, turbo for the golf is here this weekend (Aparantly) so we will be busy up there.

There is allways a PC lying about

Is there a guide for changing these? and would it be the same for the PD150 as it is for the LCR?

havent seen a guide but they are the same on the PD 150 as they are on the LCR

there easily done

jack the car up on put it on ramps (ideally you want the car level to stop the engine from moving out of position)

then its 3 bolts to take the mount off from the car

when its off there is a bolt that goes through the bush into the metal part of the mount

take the bolt off

pull the shitty rubber out

grease up new poly bush

put inplace of rubber one

replace bolt

bolt back to the car

JOB DONE !!!

it can be done in around 30-40 mins

We had to clamp the new bush in a vice to compress it enough to screw the bolt back in.

Best way to get the bolt back in, is for one person to put their weight on the top plate to compress slightly, and a second person just to screw the bolt in. Worked first time for me.

i didnt have a problem with the new bush on i had the metal part held securely in a vice and just used body weight to push it down while tightening the bolt
