Dogbone mount removal/refitting guide

No joy with a search so does anyone know the whereabouts of a guide...? Just need to know basically if the engine weight needs supporting when its removed...

Does anyone know the life of these dog bone mounts? i thought they lasted forever/a very long time?

Suppose to last for quite some time, may be life of the car. depends how the car driven and strain it takes.

Going by the touch and feel of the replacements, they should last a lot longer as there should in theory be less movement and less wear.
