that guide is poor.
for the passenger side, the grab handle is a cover. if you look closely you'll see the join. get a small flathead screwdriver in there (in an inconspicuous area) and it should lift off. then you'll see some pozi screws. undo them and the torx screws at the bottom and pull. once you've dislodged the clips hit the card upwards to get it off the window seal.
drivers side is the same, but the grab handle/window control needs dismantling. look for the joins and lift the covers off.
