Had a couple of faults come up on my scanner and I was having trouble with the car unlocking itself and putting all the windows down. I took the locking module off and had a look inside, there was a fair bit of moisture build up but nothing drastic, put it all back together and now the door won't lock, and I am getting the fault code 00928 ?

Anyone shed some light ? An I being daft ?

Special Notes
NAR (North American Region) Models do NOT have a SAFE-Switch in their door locks, once these models are being wrongly equipped with a RoW (Rest of World) door lock, a SAFE feedback signal is being sent which causes this code.

Do I just get a new lock ? I did look at the soldering inside the module and it looked fine. Micro switches clicked fine. Would a new module just be easier ?

In the picture , there is a metal pin which is hooked into the gold hook. Everytme I use the handle this pops off ? We're is it meant to be ?

Haha okay. I can't see what it does ? Ont think that would be why my door won't lock ? Also I have broken this piece

What is this for ? Can't figure out what it does ?

That's okay then, thought it didn't look important.

Do you rekon it would be worth disconnecting the battery to reset everything ? See if the door will fix itself ?

Yeah you can try also connect the neg to the positive leads when off the battery, discharges the system of all power it's safe to do this.

Tried but no change. I will just order a new module, any recommendations for which one to buy off eBay ? There are lots for sale.

Thanks
