Apologies if this has already been previously asked. I looked, but couldn’t find any info.

I bought a 2024 pre facelift Formentor VZ2 in early September. I love everything about the car apart from the drivers seat. I have spent a lot of time adjusting the seat to get it to a position that is as comfortable as possible, but after I have been driving for an hour or so it becomes really uncomfortable in the back of the seat pad (Coccyx) and lower back area. I’ve adjusted the lumbar support into every possible position to alleviate the issue, but to no avail. The only thing that takes the edge of the problem is by using a thin pad on the bottom of the seat.

When I’ve checked the condition of the seat after I’ve been sat in it for a decent length of time, it appears that the seat pad had sagged to the extent that there is no support or cushioning in the rear half of it and that the only thing supporting me is the seat leather.

Had anyone else experienced this problem with the leather seats? Passenger seat is great. Really comfortable and doesn’t sag at all.

I’m going to take it to my local dealership to try and get it fixed under warranty, but would appreciate any help or advice from anyone who’s dealt with a similar issue.
