Seeking knowledge from the group.

I needed to replace my drivers side door lock actuator. ( 2018 3 door Cupra )
( Drivers door would not unlock with the key fob )

Used a genuine SEAT part and the swap over was simple enough.

Everything seems to operate as normal on the locking mech.
Door now unlocks and locks via keyfob, inside buttons and external key slot.

However - when the car autolocks ( over 6mph ) - it now disables my drivers side window so I can't bring it down.
And the inside lock button no longer goes orange when the autolock is active.
( Passenger window still operates as expected. )

If I unlock the car using the inside button - the drivers window is active again and works as it should.
Anyone know if new door lock actuators need some sort of coding after fitting ?
Any other thoughts what might be causing the auto lock to disable the drivers side window ?

Cheers
