Driveshaft bolts are stretch bolts?

Just been onto a seat dealer about getting the clutch changed, they say it is an extra £60 because the driveshaft bolts are stretch bolts, haven't heard of this one before!

Any bolt that is angle tightened rather than simply torqued up is a 'stretch' bolt and should be replaced. Of course, I don't actually know whether that applies to your driveshaft bolts...
