Hi everyone,
Has anyone had the CONTROL MODULE on the DSG box changed by dealer under warranty ? if so what was the reason for changing and how long did you have to wait for the unit to be supplied and fitted ?? I am now on my 4th week and no updates when part available from factory...

Hi mate mines in with the steelers at the minute, going into the second week waiting for the part due to clonking noise engaging reverse and going up the gears 26k late 06

Hi all, finally got word from the stealers, car goin in on friday this week to get the dsg control module, so fingers crossed driving around this long hasn't caused further or future damage..

Got car back saturday morning, and it seems all is fine now, what a difference, such a smooth gear change now...

What exactly was wrong before then? Was the gear change really jerky? Were there any other issues?

Dsg troubleshooting..

Hi there,
Well long story short, very jerky gear change, wouldn't change at right time, would over rev before changing up, would come down gears rough if wanting sudden acceleration, coming to a stop then picking away was a delayed reaction then would bang down gears until one to match speed was reached, trip-tronic done what IT!! wanted and not when you changed gear..
