how do i set my account so i dont get an email everytime a thread i have subcribed to gets updated?
looking at my settings i have it set up for no email notification but im still getting multiple emails just wondering what im doing wrong.

Unfortunately if you have already subscribed to a thread with an old setting it will stay like that unless you go into this page: http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription and edit it, by clicking in the check box and then selecting the option you want at the bottom

thanks for that originally i had it set up so i got an email. i changed it a while ago and continued to get emails i didnt know why or how to stop it.
i do now thanks very much i would never have worked that out.
