electric window issue help

Hi my leon 5dr fr is only a couple of months old and today I've just noticed that the rear passenger side window is not fully retracting ( going down) it does close fully but doesn't go all the way down the other 3 windows are all working as they should fully up and down. I'm sure I'd read somewhere that the windows could be reset. I cant recall how so is that worth trying and if so how do I do that any help would be appreciated.

I saw a video once that showed to rest the windows on a golf was to press the button to close or open the window and once in the desired position, keep the button depressed for 10 secs (I think)

thanks GS16LRHP. I found a similar suggestion on another thread 'to reset the windows. Simply open a window fully, close it again and once shut pull the switch up again for 5 seconds. Do this for all the windows and the auto close function will work again' so will try and see if this sorts it
